Avina Americas is a US-based organization created in 2008 to promote the common good for present and future generations in the Americas. Avina Americas mobilizes new resources to help scale social change by building alliances, networks, and partnerships with foundations, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and businesses in the United States.

Classified as a 501(c)(3) by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) of the United States, Avina Americas facilitates a reliable bridge to funders and co-investors that wish to connect priority areas in Latin America an the US by supporting the strategies that the Avina Ecosystem promotes. Avina Americas: • Connects US-based organizations and Latin America — providing situational and contextual knowledge for both regions, as well as social, human and financial capital for implementing shared projects. • Acts as a relationship builder among organizations, foundations and businesses engaged in sustainable development for Latin America. • Provides project monitoring of on-the-ground initiatives and timely, transparent, US -compliant resource management services.
