Mission Statement
Provide assistance to Sea Scout Ships and other youth groups.
About This Cause
The San Gabriel Youth Activities (SGYA) provides assistance to units in the Sea Scout program (called ships). Assistance can be financial to aid with annual BSA recharter or to procure the necessary nautical equipment including, but not limited to: boats, GPS equipment, navigation equipment, lifesaving equipment and other items required to conduct a Sea Scout program. The group is open to providing assistance to other youth groups within the area.
