Mission Statement
Each day thousands of people make their livelihoods picking through trash in unsafe, unsanitary and dangerous conditions. The worst part is, thousands of children work in these conditions. Throughout the past fourteen years we have partnered with incredible local leaders and have begun to see long-term changes take effect.
About This Cause
Our local partnership on the ground is key to the success of these programs. These leaders that we work with are dynamic and know the people and understand the current situation. We work very closely with them, and because of this, we trust that each donation is being used wisely. We have layers of accountability throughout the process that ensure trust and transparency. The needs vary and the implementation of programs looks different. We have developed five core solutions: Discipleship, Education, Health Care, Nutrition, Livelihood and Infrastructure, through our research, but are constantly learning the most effective and efficient ways of serving internationally.
