Mission Statement
The mission of WorldWide Education Partnerships is to provide education resources, both monetary and material, to the native people of Nepal, whether in metropolitan areas or remote regions and regardless of age, gender or beliefs. WWEP collaborates with local school administrators to ensure that younger students receive long term education and with local companies to provide older students with job skills, training, employment opportunities, equipment and supplies to promote a successful transition into sustainable employment.
About This Cause
WorldWide Education Partnerships for Nepal strives to provide educational resources to the residents of Nepal through the following programs: Sponsorship of students from pre-school through secondary school and university; Provision of classroom supplies to impoverished rural schools; Reconstruction and renovation of aging or damaged school facilities; Hiring of faculty for classroom education; Creation and replenishment of school library facilities; Support and advocacy for trekking porters through classes in English language proficiency, career advancement and environmental stewardship.
