Mission Statement

AVA embraces Dr. King’s vision of a world where every American has equal freedom and opportunity to pursue life, liberty and happiness. On January 15, 2018, AVA will again host St. Petersbrug 34th Annual MLK Dream Big Parade & Family Fun Day. The parade route will begin in downtown St. Pete at 11 AM and end at Tropicana Field. Immediately following the parade, the Family Fun Day will begin. The Fun Day will have its popular kids zone, live entertainment, MLK Day of Service Programs and resources all free to the public.
