About This Cause
Lutheran Life Villages (LLV) has been an important part of senior care in our community for 90 years. LLV is a Christ centered non-profit provider of residential living, assisted living, long term nursing care, short- term rehabilitation, memory care, Rock Steady Boxing for those battling Parkinson’s, sponsors of the Foster Grandparents Program and the host site for Children’s Village, an inter-generational program. All of this is located on three Fort Wayne Indiana campuses and one Kendallville campus. Currently, LLV serves more than 600 older adults between its four campuses and employs more than 540 people. LLV serves people of all faith backgrounds. Our mission ensures that the care people receive while utilizing our services and programs goes above and beyond the necessities. Skilled Nursing Facilities are amongst the most regulated industries in the nation, yet LLV believes that to live a full and abundant life, older adults and their families deserve more than the rigorous minimum requirements.
