Mission Statement
The primary activities of Berner Inc are: (1) providing medical care and placement in adoptive homes to Bernese Mountain Dogs surrendered by shelters, pounds or owners who can no longer provide homes for the dogs, (2) provide programs to educate the public on responsible care for Bernese Mountain Dogs, and (3) support and fund medical research related to Bernese Mountain Dogs.
About This Cause
Berner Inc provides foster & adoptive services in the northeastern region of the US (primarily New England). We are an all volunteer organization with no paid employees. We fund all veterinary care for our rescues through public donations. We are incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are IRS approved as tax deductible.
