Mission Statement
The mission of Purr Partners is to help homeless felines find loving, permanent homes through adoption and placement. We believe that all cats have value and deserve a chance to live their lives in a safe and caring home. We further believe that it is only through education and advocacy that there will come a time when there are no more homeless cats and all individuals and communities will extend kindness and hope to all cats whether companion animals, strays, or ferals. We support the belief that cats have an intrinsic value beyond their value to humans, and we will be advocates for cats everywhere through whatever means we have available.
About This Cause
We are a 501c3 that pulls cats and kittens from high kill rural shelters. We vet them, give them their age appropriate shots, worm them, spay or neuter them, microchip them and give them any medical care they may need. We often take cats or kittens that other rescues won't take, because they need extensive medical care. We feel these animals deserve a chance as well, and we will do our best to give them that chance. We place these cats and kittens when they are ready on our website and we also have two PetSmart locations where we feature them. Our goal for all our animals is to find them safe, loving forever homes.
