CYC makes a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable young people in 2nd grade through college by providing a range of services designed to keep kids in school, prepared for college and career, and on the pathway to success.

A Proven Solution CYC was founded upon a game-changing model that unites volunteers, school districts, and local businesses to create a network of support for our students. CYC empowers vulnerable children and young adults to overcome obstacles and succeed in education, career, and life. • Nearly 4,200 Students Served in CYC's programs • 99% Grade Promotion • 94% On-Time High School Graduation Rate • 92% of Students Transitioning to College, Career, or Military Bringing together over 1,500 volunteers and 70 corporate partners, CYC strives for dropout prevention by offering mentoring, college readiness and success, and career preparation. CYC is: - a partner with Cincinnati Public School District, Winton Woods, North College Hill, and Norwood City Schools. - one of the longest-standing strategic relationships with Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS) districtwide, with access to school academic data. - the only local organization to offer a full range of youth development services both within and outside of schools.
