Mission Statement
The Stone Lake Historical Society seeks to preserve the history of Stone Lake families, businesses, industries and the northwoods culture. The museum contains family histories, pictures SOO Line history and caboose and the original 1926 Stone Lake Town Hall.
About This Cause
The Stone Lake Area Historical Society operates the Depot Museum which comprises the original SOO Line Depot in Stone Lake, WI, a SOO Line caboose and the original 1926 Stone Lake Town Hall. It is open to the public Memorial Day - First Sat. in October, Fri - Sun. 12:00 - 4:00. Free admission.
