To partner with pathologists and laboratory scientists around the world to build capacity for high quality, affordable, sustainable pathology and clinical laboratory services in low- and middle-income countries. Building a global community of pathologists and laboratory scientists to exchange ideas and build sustainable bidirectional partnerships.
About This Cause
Pathologists Overseas has been working for over 30 years to provide affordable, sustainable, and high-quality pathology and laboratory medicine (PALM) services. We work in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) to improve the quality of diagnostic services through strategic partnerships and volunteers. PO aims to target the 3 pillars of PALM quality: human resources, systems, and quality and accreditation.
