Fields Comprehensive Youth Services (FCYS) is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and culturally sensitive environment for male youth and non-minor dependents, aged 13-21, referred by Child Welfare and Probation Departments. Through a holistic approach, we meet their physical, emotional, intellectual, and developmental needs, empowering them to transition to self-sufficiency and thrive in life.
About This Cause
Fields Comprehensive Youth Services (FCYS) is a Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) dedicated to supporting and transforming the lives of vulnerable male youth and non-minor dependents aged 13-21. FCYS provides a continuum of care that addresses their developmental, physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs. Our programs are tailored to ensure every resident receives the individualized support they require to heal, grow, and succeed. Working closely with Child Welfare and Probation Departments, we offer comprehensive services that include: Therapeutic Support: Individual and group therapy to promote healing and emotional resilience. Life Skills Training: Education in financial literacy, career readiness, and practical life skills to prepare residents for independence. Health and Wellness: Access to medical care, nutrition programs, and recreational activities to build healthy lifestyles. Educational Advocacy: Academic support and collaboration with schools to ensure educational progress. Family Reunification: Counseling and mediation services to rebuild family bonds and support reintegration. Community Engagement: Opportunities for social and recreational activities to develop teamwork and leadership skills. Culturally Sensitive Care: Services that honor and respect the diverse backgrounds of our residents.
