About This Cause
Since 1999, the Petco Foundation has invested more than $230 million in lifesaving animal welfare work across the country. Today, with more than 4,000 animal welfare partners, the Petco Foundation inspires and empowers communities to make a difference in the lives of animals by funding adoption programs, spay/neuter services, pet cancer research, service and therapy animals, and numerous other livesaving initiatives. Through its adoption efforts in more than 1400 Petco stores nationwide, the Petco Foundation helps find homes for more than 400,000 animals each year.
