Mission Statement
Geneseo Education Foundation (GEF) was founded in1990 under the name of Geneseo Endowment for Excellence in Education (GEEE). GEF provides programs and educational opportunities for students in Geneseo Community School District 228. GEF funds are used to complement, enrich, and enhance the educational opportunities for our students.
About This Cause
The goal of GEF is to bring alumni, parents, and businesses to create opportunities that support continuing excellence in education in the Geneseo Scholl District. Our Goals include: -Enrich students' educational experiences -Strengthen school program to make our district special -Allow us to fund teachers' projects outside the district's budget -Enhance the community's economic future -Let students and teachers know the community cares about them
