About This Cause
The League's outreach and education programs are helping to build a Bicycle Friendly America for everyone. Our Smart Cycling curriculum and instructor certification program helps new and returning riders cycle safely in and around traffic. Our Bicycle Friendly America program works with communities, businesses, universities and state departments of transportation to help them build safe and inviting cycling environments. Our Women Bike program and equity initiative are working to broaden the bicycling movement, and make sure that the benefits of bicycling are available to everyone.
