About This Cause
Every good story has a beginning and an ending. In homelessness, permanent housing is the conclusion, but the process starts with the work that we do: 1) telling stories through data, 2) building hope through policy and 3) changing lives through resources. As the region’s leading resource on solutions to homelessness, we embody our mission to provide leadership to end homelessness. HAND has a unique perspective and recognizes that every person truly counts. By using comprehensive data, we are able to ensure that we have thorough and accurate information on who is houseless, what their needs are, and what is working to address those needs.
