Mission Statement
The Lupus Foundation of America, Wisconsin Chapter is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all people affected by lupus through programs of research, support, education, and advocacy.
About This Cause
Services provided by the LFA, WI Chapter include statewide support groups often with educational speakers, peer counseling for lupus patients, educational literature available at health events and for patients, their family and caregivers, Medical Symposiums for constituents, a Lupus Lectureship for hospital workers, physicians and medical students, fundraising and awareness events including Walk to End Lupus Now in Milwaukee and Madison, plus smaller events throughout the year.
