We do over 250 off site presentations to schools, colleges and adult groups per year, as well as 150 tours or presentations on site. We are actively involved in presenting scientific papers at professional conferences and teaching wildlife care and rehabilitation worldwide. R.E.G.I. cares for 800-1000 native species per year including approximately 100 Bald Eagles per year. Our patients are all state and federally protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, however we receive no state or federal funds for this work.
