Our vision is to be the most trusted care provider for people with disabilities in Wisconsin. About This Cause
With a mission to care for those with disabilities and help them lead fulfilling lives with maximum independence, Innovative Care Services' 300 caring professionals involve, inspire, and serve people who experience barriers related to their disabilities. We have provided services for more than 20 years, previously known as Innovative Services, Inc. Innovative Care Services programs meet people where they are, provide care and support, and help them achieve their goals and fulfill their dreams. This is done through different programs: Licensed Residential programs provide individualized, on-site, 24-hour care to assist with daily living, medication support, transportation, nursing care, community access, and inclusion. Community Supported Living program is an individualized, side-by-side care service that addresses daily living and care needs and helps people safely remain in their homes. In the community. Mental health and well-being Comprehensive Community Services program provides person-centered, recovery-focused support for youth and adults with diverse mental health needs. Additionally, everyone served by Innovative Care Services has ongoing opportunities to participate in our Life Enrichment Program. With a deep understanding that people with disabilities experience greater risks of social isolation and loneliness, Innovative Care Services strives to offer meaningful enrichment opportunities that bring joy through connection and inclusion within our community. Enrichment Activities: Activity kits - home-based activities and projects to engage people within their own homes to stay active on an ongoing basis. Activity kits help develop and maintain fine motor skills and engage clients intellectually and physically. Community inclusion outings – Events and outings like tailgating before a Packer game, and events at the Resch Center like WWE, Bay Beach, local museums, farmers markets, and more. Hosted Events - The enrichment specialist curates, implements, and hosts activities like Winter Wonderland Dances and Bingo nights. Hosted events are designed with consideration of transportation, dietary needs, and medication schedules that are associated with the complex care needs of those we serve and offer opportunities for people to get out of their homes and participate in activities that sometimes aren’t possible for them to participate in within other public settings. Live Your Dream - Many of our clients receive family care funds to help with their complex medical needs, and as a result are unable to save their limited resources to fulfill once-in-a-lifetime dreams, like going to a Packer Game, a concert, camp, or a trip. Through ‘Live Your Dream’ we can make what once seemed impossible, possible! Your support of our mission helps people live their best lives!
