Mission Statement

CAER Food Shelf is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to fight hunger in the local communities it serves. For more than 40 years, CAER has opened its doors to families and has reached deep into the community to provide healthy and nutritious food.

About This Cause

CAER offers three types of assistance to residents of Otsego, Elk River and Zimmerman. These include food, referrals and financial assistance for shelter and utilities. We also offer some help with car repair through our Car CAER program.
