WomenVenture helps women attain economic self-sufficiency through the creation and growth of profitable and sustainable businesses.
About This Cause
WomenVenture’s approach to entrepreneurial development includes training, coaching, capital and a community of support. Our eight core training programs each focus on their own niche, with the common elements of group training sessions led by subject matter experts, individualized mentoring with business generalists, and a cohort format to allow participants to support one another throughout the course. We also provide microloans up to $50,000 to women-owned businesses that may not be able to access capital through traditional sources. Each loan comes with free business coaching for the length of the loan to help the owner overcome obstacles as the business grows.
