Mission Statement

H.A.R.T.s mission is to build compassionate relationships between people and animals through quality education, sheltering and adoptions.

About This Cause

H.A.R.T. takes in stray, lost & unwanted pets. We do impounding for 19 municipalities, we adopt out pets, we have a foster program for those pets who need additional care, we utilize volunteers at the shelter and at off site fundraisers, we have education programs for adults of all ages both at the shelter and at off site locations, and we network with other shelters in surrounding areas.
