Mission Statement
The Minnesota Land Trust protects and restores Minnesota's most vital natural lands in order to provide wildlife habitat, clean water, outdoor experiences and scenic beauty for generations to come.
About This Cause
The Minnesota Land Trust is a member-supported, nonprofit conservation organization protecting natural and scenic land right here in Minnesota. Since our first project in 1993, we've worked with landowners and local communities to protect more than 82,000 acres and 520 miles of shoreline on lakes, rivers, streams and wetlands. We’ve completed over 712 conservation projects to date. We are one of the first accredited land trusts in the country and we are endorsed by the Charities Review Council.
