Mission Statement
The CNS Healthcare Foundation supports CNS Healthcare by providing empowering outreach events and resources to individuals living with mental health and substance use disorders and their families. We create communities and foster connections that deepen lives, support recovery, help end stigma, and improve the well-being of our community at large.
About This Cause
CNS Healthcare is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) with seven clinics and two clubhouses in Southeastern Michigan. CNS employs approximately 400 professionals, paraprofessionals, and support staff, delivering services to more than 7,000 people annually. CNS Healthcare offers a wide spectrum of community-based support services, psychiatry, medication management, psychotherapy, nursing services, and case management. CNS Healthcare’s services assist people with managing their mental illness and gaining maximum independence toward self-worth and recovery. A Standard of Excellence CNS Healthcare has the highest level of accreditation and certification in mental health services through the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). CNS Healthcare’s CARF certification is a qualified endorsement that our services conform to national and international recognized service standards, including Behavioral Health Home Certification. Integrated Care Caring for the body and mind is the objective of Integrated Care. A consumer’s integrated care includes primary care providers and behavioral health professionals working in one setting, delivering services, as needed. Aligned with federal and state health care initiatives, CNS Healthcare and our partners are at the forefront of providing treatment centered on the consumer’s needs and achieving the best outcomes for individual care.
