Mission Statement
Kitten Krazy is a 501c3 nonprofit cat shelter opened in May 2004 to help reduce the stray, unwanted, abandoned and injured cat population in Medina County, Ohio and its surrounding communities in Northeast Ohio. We fully vet all of our cats and kittens prior to adoption. We have 1 staff member and a village of over 75 volunteers!
About This Cause
Our 4,000 square foot, free-roaming cat shelter houses up to 100 cats and kittens at any given time throughout the year. We work with one men's and one women's prisons in Northeast Ohio who foster cats and kittens that are either growing to 8 weeks old, or who need socialization. Our local foster homes do the same. We host multiple groups of volunteers who come from various job placement situations to help them learn various skills before being eligible for the workforce. A village of over 75 active volunteers help keep everything clean, and the kitties well-loved! We receive no local, state or federal funding. All of our income other than adoptions and fundraising comes from the generosity of cat lovers :) Thank you for considering donating to Kitten Krazy!
