Fork Food Lab is a non-profit shared commercial small-scale food processing, manufacturing, and packaging facility focused on growing the Maine food economy. We support the growth of sustainable and equitable Maine-based food businesses by providing food entrepreneurs with workspace, equipment, technical assistance, and access to locally sourced ingredients.
