Mission Statement
The mission of the Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation is to advocate, advance and develop support for parks, recreational programming, community services, cultural activities and the arts in Redwood City, California and the surrounding incorporated areas.
About This Cause
The Redwood City Parks and Arts Foundation exists to bring MORE to Redwood City in terms of improving parks and playgrounds, creatively developing new public spaces, providing after school programs for children on wait lists, recreational programming, community services, cultural activities, and the arts to Redwood City. These amenities, activities and programs help build our community. We have many volunteer opportunities available throughout the year giving you opportunities to engage with and serve the community by donating your time, energy and talent. As a financial supporter, you may specify that your gift be used toward a particular project area that you personally support: park and green space improvements, public art, recreational programs, after-school programs, or downtown events.
