About This Cause
The Louisville LGBT Film Festival strives to create an affirming atmosphere in which to promote acceptance and tolerance through an annual film festival program. The purpose is to celebrate gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender films with an annual Film Festival held in Louisville, KY. The film festival will showcase features, documentaries, shorts and music films to promote and celebrate equality, acceptance, and advancement for all people regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity; educate the public about the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community; and support local efforts that are consistent with the goals of the Louisville LGBT Film Festival.
