Mission Statement
We Deliver Accessible Yoga Alternatives to all those in need, including those in prisons, schools, hospitals, and rehab centers. We also provide medically-sensitive yoga for those living with cancer, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. As well, we teach a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in prison to establish resident yoga teachers in prisons.
