Our mission is to provide top-quality mindfulness and compassion training to communities and organizations in the Pacific Northwest, while striving internally to be true to the mindfulness principles of cultivating truth, inclusion and compassion.
About This Cause
Mindfulness Northwest provides mindfulness and compassion training to communities and organizations in the Pacific Northwest through a robust menu of classes, retreats and workshops. In addition, we promote the wider spread of mindfulness and compassion by training teachers of these practices so that they can bring the benefits of mindfulness and compassion to their communities.
