Mission Statement

Team4Tech is a nonprofit impact accelerator, bridging the digital equity gap in education to create inclusion and opportunities for under-resourced learners around the world. Our vision is a world where all learners have access to quality education as a path to better economic outcomes. Our mission is to improve the quality of education for under-resourced learners by building nonprofit capacity through technology solutions and training.

About This Cause

There is an urgency to bridge the digital divide in education. The Covid-19 pandemic left millions of learners in under-resourced communities at risk of not having the education and skills needed to get quality jobs and improve their lives. Team4Tech is working towards a world where EVERY learner has access to quality education. We work with schools and education nonprofits in under-resourced communities around the world to amplify their impact on learning through technology and training. Since 2013, Team4Tech has created inclusive opportunities for more than 130,000 learners across 20 countries by supporting our education nonprofit partners with $19M in technology grants and hundreds of pro bono consulting projects powered by thousands volunteers from leading tech companies like Logitech, Cadence, Adobe, NetApp, Barracuda, and others. Our collaborations have supported: 1) Low-literacy parents in India with early childhood education audio resources through their phones. 2) Cambodian children who lived on the site of a garbage dump to build technology skills and get digital design jobs at 3x the salary. 3) Black students in the historically segregated townships of South Africa with high-quality STEM-based education to graduate at double the national average. 4) Girls living in an orphanage in Vietnam to win global technology competitions. Team4Tech’s solutions include our: 1) Strategic partner program offering long-term capacity-building partnerships with education nonprofits and schools, providing them with intensive technology and training support and funding; 2) Online community where education innovators from around the world can access ed tech resources, skills-building courses, and a global network to facilitate shared learning; and 3) Regional hubs in Sub-Saharan Africa, South/Southeast Asia, Latin America & the Caribbean, and the USA & Canada. Please give the gift of opportunity to under-resourced learners by supporting Team4Tech. 100% of your gift is tax-deductible.
