Our mission is to transform the lives of disadvantaged high school students through skills training, meaningful internships, and impactful relationships. We envision a future when all youth finish high school equipped and empowered with the knowledge and skills required to achieve career success and a lifetime of economic self-sufficiency.
About This Cause
Genesys Works changes the life trajectory of underprivileged high school students by enabling them to work in meaningful internships, at major corporations, during their senior year in high school. After an 8 week intensive training program, students work at one of our client companies where they discover that they can indeed succeed as professionals in the corporate world. More than 95% of our graduates go on to college. More than 94% persisted beyond their first year in college. Your donation will help Genesys Works train students and prepare them for the professional world and life after high school. They need advocates like you to support and cheer them along in breaking through barriers and reaching new dreams.
