Cardz For Kidz is an organization dedicated to uplifting spirits across the globe by delivering inspiring handmade cards.
About This Cause
Cardz For Kidz collaborates with individuals, groups, and corporations to create handmade, encouraging cards that are sent to our partner locations across the globe. Initially focused on delivering cards to pediatric patients, we have since expanded our reach to include foster homes, orphanages, senior residences, VA hospitals, Ronald McDonald House Charities, and other special destinations worldwide. At each location, staff and volunteers work together to ensure every card is hand-delivered to patients and families, making each message of encouragement personal and meaningful. We prioritize partnering with small to midsized facilities that are often overlooked, recognizing that larger, well-known hospitals and organizations typically receive more donations. Every card counts, and our team carefully reviews each one to ensure it does not include phrases like “Get well soon” or “I hope you feel better,” respecting the unique situations of recipients. Our partners also promise to deliver the cards directly to patients confined to their rooms, ensuring your thoughtful artwork reaches someone in need. Your donations make it possible to cover shipping and packaging costs, reward our partners with portable gaming systems, and provide fun bedside activities that help patients shift their focus away from their challenges. Additionally, we offer a college scholarship to pediatric patients and children who have grown up in foster care or group homes, furthering our mission to uplift and inspire.
