Seek to teach character education which invariably improves our society and particularly how Bullying, Teen Dating Violence and Domestic Violence hurts and kills. Love is Kind!
About This Cause
Focus on Prevention and Reduction of Bullying, Teen Dating Violence and Domestic Violence through Education and Awareness. Lillian and Lillian Foundation’s community and focused outreaches can vary from Public and Private Early Childhood Learning Centers, Public and Charter Schools, Public Libraries, Community Based Organizations, Senior Citizen Centers, Churches, Colleges and University campuses throughout the State of New Jersey and New York. Conduct age appropriate workshops, presentations, storytelling, and arts and crafts. Topics include but are not limited to: Self-Respect, Respect for Others, Self-Esteem, Appropriate Behavior, Healthy Relationships, Communication, Conflict Mediation, Empowerment and Financial Literacy. Provide college scholarships for students who are making a positive impact in their community and/or school. Provide college scholarships for students who have written an essay based on our cause. Participate in Silent Witness Exhibit. Participate in Domestic Violence Candlelight Vigil.
