Our mission is to serve the community as a social services center for women. Through comprehensive programs such as mentoring, counseling, housing assistance, educational development, job skills training, health & wellness, planned parenting, and substance abuse treatment, WINGS, Inc. offers the tools and guidance which allow women to live empowered and positive lives.
