Established in 2013 by the forward-thinking Dr. Yvonne Murray-Larrier, the Global Center for Systemic Change Outcome Research, Evaluation, and Development, Inc. (GCSCORED) stands as a pillar in the global mental health community. Renowned as a leading training and coaching entity, we are unwavering in our commitment to fostering Culturally Conscious, Inclusive, and Responsive Mental Health Education and Practice. We hold a special, but not exclusive focus on aiding communities of color, those marginalized, overlooked, and unheard, as well as those who serve these crucial communities. At our core, we aim to bridge the gap in mental health education, championing accessibility and innovative, culturally aware interventions. Cultivating SEEDS System® Framework: At the heart of our initiatives is the Cultivating SEEDS System® Framework (CSS®). It stands as our distinctive approach to mental health, emphasizing cultural consciousness, inclusivity, and responsiveness. Through the CSS® Framework and the RUMERTIME Process®, a specialized 5-step neurocycle, we ensure that mental health is approached holistically. This process not only educates but also empowers, equipping our trainees with unparalleled skills, perspectives, and strategies that transcend conventional paradigms.
