Mission Statement

At ICPA, we are building the reading proficiency of a 70% ELL population (K-8). Many students hail from refugee camps and are experiencing their first formal education with us. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that reading becomes a part of our students' worlds. Our leadership turned a storage room into a full-scale library because we understand the connection between access to literature and reading proficiency. It is our mission this year to invest in more modern, inclusive, and diverse books.
