Mission Statement
Pass the Torch for Women Foundation believes all women should have access to professional growth. We are a community that passes the torch through mentorship, providing women in all stages of their career journeys opportunities to connect with other women in the community to learn from and support them.
About This Cause
This starts with you. We are a community of doers and learners, carrying the torch for today and tomorrow. By creating a room of inclusivity and space for access, connection, and empowerment for all, we are collectively lifting and advancing women in all stages of their journey. We believe in the power of storytelling. Entrepreneurs, business professionals, students, creatives, changemakers - we meet people where they are and provide the platform to embrace all aspects of their personal and professional lives. We believe everyone is a mentor and everyone can continue to develop and learn from the inspiration of those around them. At Pass the Torch, we are a curator of collaboration between like minded missions and are committed to being an organization that is different in what matters. We are the mentoring mechanism that lifts our Indianapolis community.
