Our mission is to encourage humane and respectful behavior towards all animals and each other, and to promote the preservation of the environment we share.
About This Cause
We are a safe home for about 100 pets rescued from abuse, neglect, or surrender to us...usually, after a family/human crisis. We have accepted many species, including dogs, cats, rabbits, exotic pets, poultry, skunks, birds, mini horse, sheep, goats, and potbelly pig. These pets are rehabilitated, socialized, and trained. Sometimes, rescued pets are carefully rehomed. Our purpose is to rescue companion animals to rescue people...and to heal and educate people through pet therapy and volunter opportunities. We also offer life skills experience for our special needs community.
