About This Cause
Villa de Vida's mission is build permanent supportive housing to empower adults with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible. We have received Tax Credits from the State of California !! We have finished building and now house 63 residents here in Poway, CA!! We have a social club that meets twice monthly and sometimes more. We hike, watch movies, eat lunches and dinners together. We enjoy bowling, art classes and yoga in the park. This year we created jobs, day programming and paid internships. Please help to fund the services necessary to teach life skills and create community relationships!
