Medina Community Clinic is a 501(c) (3) non-profit that aims to provide at no cost to the underserved members of our community quality health services, focusing on specialty healthcare.

Our Mission/Vision Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of patients in Mercer County by providing access to quality primary and specialized health care, regardless of their race, religion, or ability to pay. Our Vision is for Medina Health Center to be a leader in transforming access to healthcare for underserved patients in our community. Who We Are Medina Health Center is a nonprofit healthcare home for the underserved residents of Mercer County, NJ and beyond. Our brand new primary care center opened in 2024 to expand access to preventative health services. Since 2014 we've been connecting the uninsured and underinsured with pro-bono specialty care physicians throughout the region to help them access high-level care.
