Mission Statement
San Francisco Youth Theatre transforms youth and communities by providing accessible opportunities in arts creation, education, and performance, designed to foster personal growth and create lasting social impact. SFYT offer classes and performance ensembles, produce adult-performed productions for young audiences, school residencies and a repertoire cutting-edge original productions that speak to the unique sensibilities of youth. SFYT fosters personal expression through the arts, creating and performing theater that tells the compelling stories of our community. SFYT classes are accessible to all interested youth ages 4-24. No student is turned away for lack of funds.
