About This Cause
“Neighborhoods First,” they say… what does that mean, anyway? It’s a term that’s the catchphrase of the day. But while people talk about it all day long, RISE San Diego is about developing the people within communities who actually make it happen. RISE is about building a real neighborhoods-first agenda with residents and community-based organizations—and working in partnership with everyday people at a grassroots level in carrying it out to solve the complex challenges of our neighborhoods.
