Mission Statement

The Francisco Park Conservancy was formed to realize a 75-year old dream to transform the 4.25 acre site of a dilapidated former reservoir in Russian Hill into an iconic park for the whole city to enjoy. This new park includes viewing terraces, a children’s playground, community garden, enclosed dog run and more and has become an oasis of natural beauty and stunning vistas, protected for generations.

Francisco Park Conservancy is a 501c3 nonprofit organization created to build and maintain the new Francisco Park in the Russian Hill neighborhood of San Francisco.
