Harbor Hospice Foundation supports Harbor Hospice, a hospice organization serving patients at The Leila & Cyrus Poppen Residence and homecare to patients in the Western Michgian region.
About This Cause
Because we know our community believes that living well includes dying peacefully, in comfort, and with dignity, The Harbor Hospice Foundation was created to support essential end-of-life care for individuals at home and at The Leila & Cyrus Poppen Residence. Gifts to the Harbor Hospice Foundation provide social workers, spiritual care, and medical staff the opportunity to guide and support adults and children facing life-limiting illnesses and assure that family members receive compassionate bereavement counseling to help them weather their grief. Compassion connects our donors to the professionals who devote themselves to patients and families in hospice care, and their gifts make certain patients will never be turned away for lack of ability to pay.
