Mission Statement

TPIRC is a non-profit clinical care and research center that focuses on the development of cutting-edge, individualized treatment protocols for rare and orphan diseases utilizing comprehensive diagnostic tools and patient-driven research. Our mission is two-fold – to advance treatment discovery at a pace which helps our patients today, while building a scalable model of success to accelerate the rate of research discovery for all diseases.

About This Cause

TPIRCwas established in 2015 by Dr. Inderpal Randhawa. Early in his career, Dr. Randhawa began to question conventional protocols for the treatment of life- threatening food allergies. By studying a vast number of genetic and environmental factors, he developed a comprehensive, multi-system approach resulting in individualized, data-driven treatment regimens for allergic patients. Utilizing this model, over the past 10 years he has successfully treated more than 2,000 patients at a near-perfect success rate, offering food-allergic children and adults the freedom to safely eat foods to which they were once deathly allergic. This unprecedented model of success led him to found TPIRC, an unconventional clinic and research center where precision medicine and data- analytics drive the treatment of not only food allergy, but also a series of rare and orphan diseases. Although the hallmark of TPIRC’s clinic is the individualized, precision medicine approach to patient care, the beauty of this methodology is that with each case that we treat, we collectively unmask millions of data points relating to the care of some of the most challenging diseases. This form of data collection and analysis opens the door for truly patient-driven research derived from real-world, clinical outcomes rather than laboratory hypotheses. Like the diseases we seek to eradicate, the analysis of this data is both intricate and difficult, however, this collection of shared information offers the greatest hope to truly advance treatment protocols for some of the most complex conditions. The TPIRC model is already offering cutting-edge treatments and exceptional advancements in care across our five primary areas of focus: Food Allergy, Cystic Fibrosis, Bronchiectasis, Immunodeficiency, and Airway Inflammatory Disorders. Our proven track-record of success is characterized by transparency and accountability, offering our patients and their families, as well as our supporters, the opportunity to partner with us to significantly better their own health while opening doors to radically improve the way medical research and care take place.
