About This Cause
SEED Foundation is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes, specifically to provide sustainability education, entrepreneurship, life-care and development opportunities to underprivileged communities in the world. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. No substantial part of its activities will be involved in propaganda, influencing legislation, or participation in political campaign. The property of this corporation is irreversibly dedicated to charitable purposes and no part of the net income or assets will ever be distributed to its directors, employees or any private person. SEED foundation will support projects relevant to environmental sustainability in rural India; e.g. organic farming, solar energy, bio-gas (methane trapping from biomass and dung), research on cow management and products development and innovations, e.g. composts, bio- fertilizers, Ayurveda preparations, clean fuel and renewable energy source.
