About This Cause
WHY CHOOSE US. The technology sector is one of the fastest growing industries worldwide. Tech jobs pay an average of 98% more than average private sector jobs. Currently only 10% of tech workers are women. Kal Academy has a proven record of training and placing women in the technology field. WHAT WE DO. Kal Academy is a non-profit organization that offers a unique, fun, and innovative approach to teaching code, math, and science with the goal to bring more women into the tech industry. We help you gain a strong skills foundation while making even difficult concepts fun and easy to learn.
