PALS East Bay is a nonprofit organization, that: Supports the dog foster program at Oakland Animal Services; Helps East Bay pet owners who have fallen on hard times keep their pets; Supports the Rainbow Bridge Fund to help dogs at the end of their life find "fospice" homes (foster/hospice); Provides support and coordination to help rescue more East Bay dogs and cats;
