We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running.
About This Cause
Girls on the Run is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. Girls in 3rd through 8th grades learn life lessons such as positive self talk, communicating emotions, and healthy friendships through active games. They all train for and complete a 5k run/walk event. Our goal is that girls leave the program with tools to help them make healthy choices for themselves in all aspects of their lives.
